We have a wide range of primary care services to cater to your long and short term health needs. We provide wellness visits, urgent appointments, telehealth visits, health coaching and more. We are a COVID-19 testing site and provide same day appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations.

We are excited to announce our second location in downtown Wilson at 402 Nash St, S. We are happy to provide convenient access to health services to those who live and work in and around the downtown area. Same day or walk-in appointments available.

Community Covid-19 Tracker
COVID-19 Community Levels are a new tool developed by the CDC to help communities decide what prevention steps to take based on the latest data. Levels can be low, medium, or high and are determined by looking at several criteria including hospital beds being used, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area.
HIGH = Orange : Masks should be worn at all indoor gatherings
MEDIUM = Yellow : High risk individuals should consider wearing masks
LOW = Green : Masks not required. Test if symptomatic.
You should continue to stay up to date on your covid-19 vaccines despite community transmission levels.
